This website ( ifttt.com ) allows you to create a series of events around “trigger” incidents in your social networks.  For example, whenever Vela Agency posts a YouTube video a link will automatically be posted on the Vela Facebook page and the Vela Twitter account.  You can create all sorts of tasks, and even share them to turn them into “Recipes”

There are some really useful “Recipes” already available, for example you can set it up so that your Google account which is linked to weather will send you a morning email with the day’s forecast.  Or perhaps you want to set up a trigger around when people RT you on twitter, that’s easy enough just register what you want to tell them and anytime you are retweeted then the person who retweeted you will get the message you prepared.

It’s a really simple site, very visual and not too wordy.  Here’s a couple of screen shots, but I recommend you try it out for yourself!
